About Me

My mission is to solve the problems every boxer eventually faces: how to punch harder, fight with relentless endurance, and make weight without sacrificing your health.

I know because I faced them as well. I started fighting in Puerto Rico at ten years old and spent my life in gyms across Florida, competing/training at the professional level. I struggled with the same things you do. But instead of accepting them, I dissected them. I found the flaws in traditional training and came up with the solutions.

Now, I don't just train athletes. I give them the answers. My experience isn't just about years in a gym... It's about learning from mistakes, overcoming challenges, and applying knowledge in real word situations aka the ring.

My methods are a fusion of ring experience and proven scientific principle. I believe in solutions that are both battle-tested and lab-verified.

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS): Passed the industry's most rigorous and respected gold-standard certification.

  • B.S. in Kinesiology, University of Central Florida, with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. My time was spent in laboratories and internships, working with professionals at the highest level to turn theory into results.

This is the foundation I use to deconstruct performance for combat sports. But the learning never stops; working with you is how I continue to grow and advance the science of this sport.
